So! Me and my sister FINALLY got around to creating a food blog!
We’ll be taking turns posting meals, workouts, anything random that comes to mind, etc.
One of us is in high school and the other is in college. We spend a lot of time together working out, cooking and being stupid. And now you get to hear all about it! Aren’t you special 🙂 Anyway, enough with introductions you’ll get to know us through our posts. And we’d LOVE to read your comments! Starting with tonight’s dinner! “Lets go Asian tonight! Life will still be there tomorrow!” We had Oxygen magazine’s Double-Duty Ginger Chicken which included sautéed chicken, garlic, ginger, onions, bell pepper and broccoli in soy sauce over quinoa.
It was super tasty and it all flowed really well together! Though soy sauce makes my stomach hurt.. I would have this a hundred times over!
Dessert was the Fitnessista’s new Perfect Protein Pancake! They had the best pancake texture ever! We only had plain brown rice protein powder, so they were less tasty than if we had used vanilla protein. We’re so making these again in our near future x)
(I added chocolate chips =D and milk.. i love milk.. )
